• Was a member of the Doubles team which won the Provincial Championship -  1983

• Was a runner-up in the Provincial Singles competition -  1983

• Competed at the Canadian Championships where he finished as a runner-up in his division - 1987

• Won a gold medal in the 55+ division at the Canadian Nationals - 2008

• Won a gold medal in the Provincial 55+ Games  - 2009

• Co-founder of the Maritime Horseshoe Players Association
