• Captured the New Brunswick Cross Country Championship  - 1960, 61

• Won the Maritime Cross Country Championship  -  1960, 61

• Participated in the Canadian Cross Country Championships in Hamilton, Ont. , finishing 3rd competing against the top high schools in Canada
