• Coached the Minto Peewees to a Provincial Championship - 1974

• Provided a skate sharpening service for many years

• Served as President of Minto Minor Hockey

• Zone Representative on the Provincial Minor Hockey Council

• Member of the Minto Bowling Team that competed for the Hatfield Trophy

• Avid Fly Fisherman
